Here at SDL Paintworks LTD we are BSI 10125 insurance approved which means if you find yourself in a motor accident you could be referred to our garage for your insurance claim, not many people know this, but you can also request to use us for your insurance claims too!
We have a helpful and knowledgeable team to support you through the claims process, Insurance claims can be a upsetting and frustrating at times and we are here to help you keep the process as smooth as possible. We have put a timeline together to help you to understand the process in which happens behind the scenes for insurance claims:
1. You contact your insurance to inform them of the accident and they will deploy your vehicle request to us
2. We will accept your claim where possible and contact you to bring your vehicle down the workshop so we can talk through the damage and take some images for the insurance company
3. We then submit to the insurance company all the details along with images and estimate on the repair costs to your vehicle
4. We then must wait for the insurance company to approve the repairs.
5. Once approved we will contact you to get you booked in as soon as possible.
